We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges are only accepted in the case of a damaged or defective item received.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thelayoverproject.com with clear photos of the issue and your order details. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the exchange request being declined.
